Fair condition, small, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some pieces torn off, tears, large tan and white scuff marks, and fraying.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing some the title page to be detached from the binding.  The inside front cover as some writing in pencil.  Some pages have stains, tears, some pieces torn off, or creases, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
