Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, bubbling, small stains, scratches, some slightly bent edges, and the corners are bent, frayed, and have some tears.  The first flyleaf has a name written in ink.  the second flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  The title page is missing  The edges of the pages have stain (though beyond the first few pages they are faint, and none of the interfere with the legibility of any of the text.  The binding had been torn in the past and has been resealed with tape and staples.
