Good condition, large, thin, staple-bound, tan softcover with 3 holes punched near the spine.  Some pages have holes where staples were removed.  The cover and pages have some pen marks in the margins and notes written in pen and pencil, but the text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.  The front cover has a small tear, and a long crease.  Some pages have creasing at the corners.
