Kirtland Council Minute Book (1996, Hardcover, Cream Faux Leather) Binding is good. No marks/writing on pages. Corner and edges show some shelf wear. Cover, front and back, shows wear with scuff marks on the edges and a couple smudge marks. There is a sticker on the inside of the back cover (see pic in gallery). Small crack on top of spine.
