Fair condition, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, stains, fading, slightly crushed corners, some small pieces torn off the edges, and some tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is torn.  The inside covers have wrinkling.  The inside covers and flyleaves have tiny stains.  The front inside cover has writing in pen and some ink smudging.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  A couple pages have stains on the edges of their margins, some creasing at the corners, or some wrinkling at the edges.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
