Fair condition, very small, thin, dark blue, vinyl bound book.  The cover has some minor scuffs.  The front flyleaf has an old address ticker.  Page 227 has large letters written over the text in pencil, but the text beneath is still legible.  Aside from that page, the text throughout the book is legible and unmarked.

Fasir-good condition, very small, dark blue, vinyl bound book.  The cover has a crease down the middle, and on one edge, some scuff marks, and the name of a previous owner engraved upon it.  The inside covers and front flyleaf have discoloration.  The back flyleaf was torn from its binding.  Pages throughout are wrinkled.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil.
