Good condition, small, red-brown, leather-bound book with gold embossing.  The edges have some wear.  There is some tearing on the fly page where some adhesive was improperly removed, and the page has some pencil marks, and a blob of black marker.  Some pages are wrinkled with age, but overall the text is clean, clear, and legible throughout……………………………..v34 Bx849
