Good condition, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has some scuff marks, a tiny tear on one edge, some minor fading, and the name of a previous owner engraved upon it.  The back of the flyleaf has writing in pen and some ink smudging.  The second flyleaf has pencil writing, eraser marks, and a stamp.  Some page have minor yellowing around the edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
