Using a mindset influenced both by scientific training and by a deep appreciation of God’s love for us, Richard D. Gardner has analyzed the doctrines of the gospel most important to salvation, asking questions and searching for answers and analogies that help explain both the love and logic of the gospel, and the atonement.
