This book is signed and inscribed by the author!  Fair-good condition , red and white softcover.  Cover has some heavy creasing, some adhesive residue, so color fading, and some wear.  There is water damage on the bottom of the book.  The cover page has an inscription from the author in black ink, and some pencil marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible……………………….v120 Bx256
