Binding is good; binding is not too worn; first light yellow free end sheet is loose; next blank page has an ink inscription from 1880, which states the following:

“N. H. Groesbeck. Springville, Utah, Dec 10th 1880. Presented by Jos. F. Smith, December 11th 1880.”

The title page is very nice; the text is clean throughout; free end sheet in the back is present. Binding is a bit worn, but not bad, as pictured.
