Fair-good condition, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has the name of a previous owner engraved on it, and some heavy scuff marks.  The first flyleaf has a faded stamp on the back.  The second flyleaf has a stamp, writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  Some pages have pencil scribbles, or underlining, and others have some notes written in the margins in pencil.
