Fair condition, small, dark maroon, leather-bound book.  The cover has fading, scuff marks, scratches, some minor stains, and some tears along the corners.  The internal binding is torn, and slightly loose.  The inside covers have some old stickers.  The back of the front flyleaf has some writing in pen.  The title page has been torn out and is missing.  The first page has some writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible……………………….v1 Bx1281E
