Fair condition, off-white, leather-bound book.  The cover has some small cracks in the leather, some small stains, and the name of a previous owner engraved on the front.  Some of the indexing tabs are missing.  Some pages have yellowing, or highlighting in marker.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, and eraser marks.
