Fair condition, dark brown, leather-bound book.  The cover has fading, scuffs, fraying, some minor tears, bubbling, wrinkles, and the back cover has remnants of the original texture of the leather.  The internal binding has been torn, and some pages have been seperated from the binding.  The flyleaf has tears and discoloration, and has stains and tape on the back of it.  The title page has been removed and is missing.  The table of contents page has stains, tape, and writing in pen.  Some pages have stains tears, or writing in pen.  There are pen and pencil marks throughout the text………….v702 Bx1454E
