Fair condition, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has some large pieces torn off of the spine, heavy scuffing, fading, peeling, tears, stains, and bent corners.  Some pages have large stains, wrinkling, creases, or tears.  The inside covers have ink stamps.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The back inside cover has a catalog card pouch.
