“These questions were collected and tabulated by the Elders of the Czechoslovak Mission. The answers were compiled by Martha Gaeth from those submitted by the Elders of the British, Czechoslovak, Danish, Dutch, European, French, German-Austrian, and Swiss-German Missions.”

The book is red cloth hardcover, only 60 pages, and is not dated. The Church suggests that is was likely 1935.

In the back of the book is states that is was printed in Frankfurt, Germany.
