Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has long scratches, scuffing, fading, bent corners, fraying, and some small tears.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing some pages to be mostly torn from the binding.  Some pages have tears, creases, or wrinkling.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.  The last page has half of it torn off and missing.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
