Fair condition, small, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has scuffing, fading, and some tiny tears at the corners.  The title page has been torn out and is missing.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  Some pages have yellowing, small tears, creases, wrinkling, or stains, but the text throughout is clear and legible.  The first two flyleaves have writing in pen and pencil.
