Fair condition, thin, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has fading, scuff marks, and the edges and corners have tears and fraying.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  The inside front cover has a stamp and some writing in ink.  The flyleaf has writing in pencil.  A few pages have been separated from the binding, but are still included.  Some pages also has some small tears and creasing on their edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
