Acceptable condition. First two pages have come loose from spine, still attached to each other. There’s cracking along spine inside front and back covers, and cracking along binding on various pages as well. Staining from age on all pages. Page 31 is torn off on the right side which tears off part of on of the facsimiles. Some few markings in pencil. Brown binding tape has been put along spine on the outside that is beginning to crack as well. Scrapes and smudges to both front and back covers, wear to all edges/corners.
