Good condition, thin, dark blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has a long scuff mark on the back, and some fraying at the corners.  The front inside cover and the front flyleaf have lengthy inscriptions written in pen, and some writing in pencil.  Pages 29-30 have a large piece torn off the top margin, but the text is unaffected by this missing piece.  A few pages have minor creasing and stains in the margins where a paperclip had once been.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
