Fair condition, thin, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has some tears (primarily on the spine), some small pieces torn off, scuffing, and some creasing.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing some pages to be partially detached from the binding, and leaving some residue and tearing on the front flyleaf, and the second flyleaf.  Some pages have stains, creases, yellowing, or wrinkling.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil.
