Fair condition, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has slight warping, scuffing, fading, patches of residue, discoloration on the spine, and a large label on the spine.  The last 4 pages are missing, and the page that would have been before them, is missing half of itself, which was torn off.  Some pages have stains or tears on the edges, or corners torn off.  Some pages have stains, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
