Fair condition softcover with 2 holes punched near the binding (which is bound with a couple strips of tape), with its wrappers missing.  The cover has some stains, tape, adhesive residue, some tears, dents, scratches, and creasing.  The pages have stains where staples used to go through the pages near the binding, but the text throughout is clear and legible.  The third page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
