Fair condition, thick, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The binding is a bit crooked.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, small pieces torn off, stains, fraying, and the back appears to be covered in many tiny specks of white paint.  Some pages have stains, yellowing, creases, wrinkling, or small tears.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, and eraser marks.
