Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has tears, pieces torn off (especially a large piece torn off of the spine, with some long tears at the edges), tape, scuffing, peeling, scratches, and bent corners.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  The pages are wrinkled.  The title page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have small tears on the edges or stains, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
