1814 / 1825 ~ View of the Trinity / View of the Hebrews ~ Ethan Smith ~ 2 Volumes ~ Leather

Both books are in brown leather. View of the Hebrews, or the Tribes of Israel in America was published in 1825 and A Treatise on the Character of Jesus Christ, and on the Trinity in Unity of the Godhead with Quotations from the Primitive Fathers was printed in 1814.

Both have strong bindings; and clean text throughout. Some staining here and there, and the bindings are worn, as expected for their age.

Both are in pretty darn good condition.

Some believe Joseph Smith, the founder of Mormonism, borrowed ideas from the book View of the Hebrews  to write the Book of Mormon.

View of the Trinity is much lesser known and even more difficult to locate.
