$1,950.00

The Millennial Harbinger; A Monthly Publication Devoted to Primitive Christianity.
Conducted by A. Campbell, Bethany Virginia, Printed and Published by A. Campbell, 1844.
This copy has portions of the original leather spine still in tact, but both front and back boards are missing.
Title page, seen in our photo, is completely detached and loose, with some staining and wear. In the back not all the pages are there, only the beginning page of the index but then the rest of the index is missing; pages are in fair condition.
This book was printed the same year Joseph Smith Jr. was murdered.  There are some pages at the back on Mormonism, with ridiculously false claims about the Mormons and Joseph Smith and Sidney Rigdon etc…
The last pages of the index are missing; it ends in the Gs.

The name of L. O. Sanderson is stamped on the title pages.
He was a nineteenth-century figure associated with the early years of the Church of Christ, linked with the followers of Alexander Campbell. His name is preserved in this bound 1844 volume of the Millennial Harbinger, a leading publication of the movement, where it appears in the form of a clear ownership stamp reading “Library L. O. Sanderson.”
