Brown leather; repaired spine; gold leafed page edges; clean text, but this volume has library markings inside and at the bottom of the spine. It is stamped inside as having been in the Library of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The green free end sheet in front, and the next blank white page are stuck together, but again the text is clean throughout. Fair condition.
