Salt Lake Herald Publishing Company: Salt Lake City, Utah, 1874. 317 pages and then many pages of advertisements.

Pages 297-312 have pieces of the pages missing; torn and worn off. Some are barely missing and some are missing most of the page.

But in any condition this early year of this Directory is extremely rare. Wonderful ads included, from those for beer, or for glass, ice cream, leather, railroads, etc….

Binding is worn and torn and appears to have once been in a library, due to the markings on the bottom of the spine. But the binding is still in tact, even after getting a little bit of moisture damage to the binding.
