This is a later printing (1885) of Josiah Quincy’s book which has a chapter on Joseph Smith, the Mormon Prophet.

There is some slight water staining to the margins, but overall it is in fair condition.

Slipped into the book is a piece of paper inscribed and signed by Josiah Quincy. The note is dated 1855, which is thirty years before the book was actually printed, and it is loose inside the front cover.
