Good to very good; blue cloth; one of the earliest Salt Lake City directories that become much larger and famously known as just Polk’s Directories; blue cloth; gold leafed page edges; measures about 5×7 inches; many light green pages of advertisements; very unique; the only real flaw with this book is the first page of ads is half torn out and missing, but there are many pages that are in fantastic shape in the front and some in the back; binding very good; clean text; very rare!
