First free end sheet is mostly torn out; the fold out in front of the title page is mostly gone (about 3/4 of a page left). Binding is torn all the way down the spine on one hinge. Covers are faded. Text is pretty good; we photographed the cover, the title page, the starting page of the actual directory, and the page with Brigham Young’s address (he would not pass away for another 8 years!)
