The Tennessee Massacre and Its Causes; or, The Utah Conspiracy. A Lecture by John Nicholson, delivered in the Salt Lake Theatre on Monday,September 22, 1884. Stenographically reported by John Irvine. Printed at Juvenile Instructor Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, 1884. 48 pages. Text clean but the book has library markings inside and out, and pages are a bit rippled due to moisture of some kind of water damage.

Hardcover; the softcover original booklet is bound inside; the front wrap is chipped and torn, and the booklet has some water damage to it. Clearly it was in the BYU Library for a long time and got much use, but was eventually sold off and discarded.

Fair to poor condition, but rare in any condition!
