Fair-good condition, large softcover with an open spine, framed by plastic strips.  The covers have some tiny tears, slightly creased and frayed corners, and yellowing at the edges.  One of the plastic strips that frame the spine has a piece broken off and missing.  The front flyleaf has some writing in pencil.  The last page has a large stain that carries only to the edges of a few other edges.  A couple pages have some white out on the text.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
