R. Etzenhouser’s From Palmyra, New York, 1830, to Independence, Missouri, 1894 was published in Independence, Missouri, by the Ensign Publishing House in 1894. Written from the perspective of a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the 444-page work examines the early history of the Latter Day Saint movement, the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith, and various historical and archaeological evidences offered in support of the faith. Etzenhouser also compares numerous works critical of Mormonism and presents what he considered evidence defending Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon.

This copy is in good overall condition, with a solid binding and clean text throughout except for a few pages containing pencil notes or markings. There is also a sticker inside the back cover.
