Fair condition, green hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has heavy scuffing, pieces torn off (especially on the spine), tears, creasing, some fading, and stains.    The front flyleaf has a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has a stain, writing in pencil, and some eraser marks.  Some pages have small stains or pen marks on their edges.  Pages 77-78 have faint stains and wrinkling, but otherwise, the text throughout is clear and legible.
