Fair condition, tan hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover.  The book has slight water damage that has caused some wrinkling, and stains on the bottom margins.  The dust jacket has stains, wrinkling, scuff marks, small pieces torn off, and some wear at the corners and edges.  The first page has a signature and inscription written by the author in marker!  The first page also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
