Fair-good condition, thick, brown hardcover with a fair condition dust jacket, a mylar front cover, and a poorly laminated cover.  The dust jacket has tears, small pieces torn off, heavy scuffing, scratches, and some fading.  The inside covers and flyleaves have some stains.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and a patch of adhesive residue.  The cover of the page edges have dark scuff marks/stains.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
