Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy fading, scuff marks, heavy wrinkles, bent corners, bubbling, and some fraying at the corners.  The edges of some pages have marker marks.  The inside front cover and flyleaf have writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The internal binding after the first title page is torn.  The preface page has the signature of the author written in pen!  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.  The inside back cover has bubbling and some stains.
