Fair condition, small, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has a large bend at one corner, dents, scuffs, and fraying at the corners.  The inside front cover has a large sticker.  A letter with a signature from Heber J. Grant is pasted to the binding of the book, leaving some adhesive residue on the flyleaf.  The flyleaf also has some writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible…………..v702 Bx1851A
