Good condition, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks (mostly at the corners) and some minor fading.  The front inside cover has a large sticker.  There is a letter pasted to the front page with the signature of President Heber J. Grant written in pen!  The flyleaf has some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The back inside cover has an inscription written in pen.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
