Fair condition, large softcover with a gray tape binding.  The tape binding has pieces torn off, tears, fraying, stains, and is starting to detached.  The cover has stains, discoloration, creases, writing in pen, scuffing, fading, some tears, and some pieces torn off.  The title page has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The title page also has some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have stains, pieces torn off, tears on the edges, or creases, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
