Fair condition hardcover with a cream dust jacket, and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has long tears, pieces torn off, creases, wrinkling, scuffing, and stains.  The first title page has a signature written by the author in ink!  The first title page also has writing in ink and pencil, and eraser marks.  The second title page has ink smudges from where the ink of the author’s signature bled through.  Some pages have stains on the edges.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
