Fair condition, thin hardcover with a gray and black dust jacket.  The dust jacket has tears, pieces torn off, patches of tearing, creases, adhesive residue, fading, and some small stains.  The internal binding is slightly torn, and thes a little loose.  The front flyleaf has a siganture written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and a gift inscription written in pen to a previous owner.  Some pages have small stains, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
