Fair condition, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  The spine is broken.  The cover has patches of adhesive residue, scuffing, fading, some scratches, small stains, and bent corners.  The internal binding is torn separating the front cover and part of the spine from the pages, but the front cover and spine are still attached to the back cover, which is still attached to the pages.  The front flyleaf has a large sticky note with a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The first page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have tiny stains or scuff marks, but the text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
