Fair condition, thin, tan hardcover with a dust jacket.  The dust jacket has tears, stains, scuffing, creases, some pieces torn off, and some wrinkling.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by one of the authors, Joseph A. McRae, in pen!  The front flyleaf also has additional and unrelated writing in pen, and an ink stamp.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  The title page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The back flyleaf and back inside cover have ink stamps.  Some pages have underlining in pen.
