The book has all 460 pages, except the title page and copyright pages (pages 1-2). The book starts on page 3, so again, it lacks the title page.

Bound in suede leather; with both book boards detached, but with the title on the spine “Revised Laws of Utah.”

Text block is quite good; this rare book can cost double this much with a title page. A truly important piece of early Utah history.
