She signed “Clarissa Young’s Book” Just inside the cover at the top.
She signed “Clarissa Young” at the top of the next page and “Clarissa Young” twice down the right margin of that same page.
Her main inscription with her signature and address in Provo City, Utah is two pages later, and is our main photograph here.
Opposite her inscription page is the name of several people with the last name “Spencer.” Clarrisa Young married and became “Clarissa Young Spencer” so those names are probably relatives of some sort.
Ironically, on one page of this history book there is one paragraph about the Mormons and she could read about them, and her father Brigham Young on that page.
